HR GENERALIST, PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION & IR FUNCTIONS


Siyabonga Project and Cleaning Management SA will source and place suitable employees as per your request in line with Siyabonga Project and Cleaning Management SA Conditions of Employment as dictated by the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.

Siyabonga Project and Cleaning Management SA will manage all administration and payroll responsibilities, ie.

• Payment of Wages
• PAYE
• UIF (unemployment fund)
• WCA (Workmen’s Compensation)

Siyabonga Project and Cleaning Management SA will manage all responsibilities for the following benefits:

• Annual leave pay
• Public Holiday pay
• Family responsibility leave
• Sick Leave pay
• Public Holiday pay
• Family Responsibility leave
• Overtime remuneration if applicable

Siyabonga Project and Cleaning Management SA will try to find suitable replacements within reasonable time in the event of any of the following conditions:

• If employee is suspended or dismissed as a result of disciplinary action
• If employee is absent from work without permission for more than two shifts
• If employee is booked off sick for more than three shifts
• If employee absconded.

Siyabonga Project and Cleaning Management SA will relieve you from all Industrial Relations functions with regards to the employee.

Fee structure for the above are available on request.

PERMANENT PLACEMENT

Siyabonga Project and Cleaning Management SA will manage and administer all related functions for a permanent placement, ie:

• Recruiting
• Preliminary interviews
• Reference checks
• Assist with and Prepare CV’s for evaluation
• Short Listing
• Prepare for final interview

Placement fee of 10% of annual salary plus 13th cheque will be payable to Siyabonga Project and Cleaning Management SA after successful placement of candidates
